Saturday, February 20th. the Regina RASC Centre will be marking a huge milestone in its' history.

This of course is our 100 th. year of existence as an astronomy club in the city of Regina and we will be celebrating with a Banquet for club members, their  families and special guests.

Over that time, the club slowly changed into its present form but through that process a very interesting historical time line was established.  Countless hours of research and documentation have been invested  to produce a manuscript which chronicles the history of our club. The book and the two people who brought it into existence will be introduced during the course of the evening.  In addition, the Awards Ceremony recognizing members achievements and contributions from the past year will be conducted and random draws for door prises will be made throughout the evening.
Once again the Banquet will be held at Cochrane High School, 1069 14th. Ave. East with doors open at 5:30 and final seating for supper at 6:30. Chef Shawn Ross will be preparing a full course Prime Rib Dinner for your dining enjoyment.

Tickets for this event are $20.00 per person and a special rate of $50.00 per family of three or more.
Tickets may be purchased at the monthly general meeting Friday, Feb. 5th. If you are unable to attend the meeting, tickets can be reserved by contacting me directly. Please indicate the number of people attending.
